Each Account License enables you to backup and restore one or many “devices” (hard drives, computers, laptops) as part of your chosen Secure Data Storage Plan.  By default, the plan will be evenly divided among devices or you can contact us at (877) 97-BACKUP for adjustments.

Account Licenses

Number of Devices: 

You may want additional “devices” tied to your Secure Data Storage Plan to have private storage, recovery and notification ability. You can do this by choosing additional account licenses for those devices (one-time fee of $10.95 per additional device – first license is free).

 

Exchange Mailboxes

Number of Mailboxes: 

Your choosen Secure Data Storage Plan enables you to backup and restore Exchange mailboxes as a whole. If you need the ability to restore individual mailboxes, brick level exchange licenses are required (one-time fee of $15.00 per mailbox).
